It's a Crazy World

Waking up to the news of yet another terror plot aimed at the USA, is a stark reminder that there is an epic battle between good and evil. This battle has been raging since the fall of Lucifer and will continue until Jesus returns and establishes a new Heaven and a New Earth.

In the mean time, how shall we then live?

As believers, we know that GOD is ultimately in control. The promise of scripture is that the result of the battle is NOT in question. Good wins, evil will be FOREVER defeated. Those who have accepted the gift of redemption through Jesus are part of the winning side.

• Live as Jesus describes in his "Sermon on the Mount" recorded in Matthew chapters 5, 6 and 7.
• Do NOT lose Heart -- Greater is He that is IN you than he that is in the world.
• God has not given us a Spirit of fear, but of power.

As disturbing as it can be to be surrounded by senseless killing of innocent people, it is refreshing to know that everything going on around us is ushering in all the promises of Jesus where the Lion and Lamb will, one day, lie down together.
